Prolific Shoplifter Charged and Remanded

Good evening Resident,

Today, an adult male has been arrested in connection with two theft offences and a breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order.

The individual is alleged to have stolen over £100 worth of meat from a local convenience store, which he was already prohibited from entering as per his Criminal Behaviour Order. On a seperate occasion, the male also stole approximately £80 worth of protein powder from a pharmacy. 

Thanks to a proactive and targeted investigation by your local neighbourhood officers, the suspect was swiftly identified and located.

Further checks revealed he was also wanted for failing to appear at court in relation to a previous breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order.

He has since been charged with a total of 3 offences and has been remanded to appear at Stockport Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (30 June 2026).
